Usually, most sessions focus on overall movement development. I combine different training principles so we move toward a clear goal while building solid fundamentals across the board. It’s usually a slower path—but it tends to be more sustainable, with results that actually last.
A team can have a great plan—but when half the roster is dealing with pain, recurring injuries, or messy movement mechanics, performance drops. I work with teams by combining what’s needed: assessment and physio input, movement quality/agility, and strength & conditioning. Sometimes it’s urgent troubleshooting, sometimes it’s a system you run throughout the season. We agree on the goal, and I build a setup that fits your sport and the time of year.
I genuinely enjoy learning, testing new ideas, and going deeper into how the human body works—and I like sharing that know-how with others.
Movement workshops, training methodology, anatomy, (neuro)physiology, diagnostics, corrective exercise… tailored to the audience and the goal of the event.
Consultations can focus on training variables, body recomposition goals, or specific assessment-based problem-solving. We can also cover lifestyle optimisation—recovery, sleep, nutrition basics, supplements, and practical “biohacking” tools.
I also offer coach-to-coach mentoring: program design, structuring group classes, troubleshooting specific cases, and building a system that makes sense long-term (by individual agreement).
After my knee surgery I was genuinely afraid to start exercising again. But after a trial session with Andrej, the fear was gone. We calmly tested what was okay and what wasn’t—and because Andrej also works as a physiotherapist, he built a professional plan that helped me rehab and get stronger at the same time. My knee has been improving quickly, and the sessions often feel like a bit of therapy for the mind as well.
