Who am I?
I’m a coach and physiotherapist. I work on general movement development and combine training principles so the work moves toward a clear goal—without skipping the fundamentals. Training can be set up short-term (for a specific focus) or long-term (for real, sustainable progress).
At the same time, we address weak links and structural limitations through targeted training and corrective work.
My goal isn’t to destroy anyone in the first session—any random gym hero can do that. Technique and quality come first: better to do less, but do it well.

Why train with me?
I use physiotherapy principles and corrective work to address muscle imbalances and improve movement habits—not just “work around” them. The goal is better body awareness, learning to read signals, and knowing how to work with your body long-term.

As a kickboxing coach and stunt performer, I’m very glad I found someone who can connect rehabilitation, strength, conditioning—and also the mental side of training. Andrej handled my pre- and post-operative preparation exceptionally well, and now he takes care of my performance training.
