Acute or ongoing issues with your body? Pre- or post-surgery rehab? Send a message — we’ll take a look and figure out what’s actually going on.
Physio principles + real training. Great for chronic aches, recurring issues, or prevention when the body keeps “reminding you” it exists.
We assess, fix weak links, set a simple home routine — because it won’t train itself.
Need a second opinion or quick clarity on a specific issue? One focused session can be enough to point you in the right direction.
After my knee surgery I was genuinely afraid to start exercising again. But after a trial session with Andrej, the fear was gone. We calmly tested what was okay and what wasn’t—and because he also works as a physiotherapist, he built a plan that helped me rehab and get stronger at the same time. My knee has been improving quickly, and the sessions often feel like a bit of therapy for the mind as well.
From assessment to treatment
How does it work?
During the first session I’ll ask a lot of questions to understand what hurts, when it started, what makes it better/worse, and what your body has been dealing with overall.
Depending on the issue, I may ask you to change down to underwear—because it’s hard to assess a back through a shirt, or hips in jeans.
If you already have a doctor’s report, X-ray, or MRI notes, feel free to bring them.
The goal isn’t only to label the current symptoms, but to find the original trigger. Many problems start with poor movement habits and then “travel” through the body and show up somewhere else. So don’t be surprised if you come in with back pain and I look at your shoulder—or your walking pattern.
Then we agree on the plan: key exercises, simple home tasks, and how often it makes sense to meet.
I want you to understand what your issue is really coming from—and leave with a small set of techniques and exercises that actually help.
When needed, I also use mobilisation and manual techniques to make the therapy more effective.
You’ll leave with practical “tools” to use at home too. It won’t fix itself.
