Over the last few years I’ve trained with several coaches, but I often felt they didn’t really listen to what I wanted to work towards—and some were surprisingly closed-minded about approaches outside their own.
What I appreciate about Andrej is that he thinks critically: he can talk through lifestyle trends in depth, including both pros and cons, and explain why something works (or doesn’t) in a way that feels grounded—not just based on opinion.
The training itself is very well-rounded. For the first time I feel like I’m not “missing” muscle groups—I’m learning to use my whole body, often through clever activation drills that are weird in the best way. The biggest benefit for me is that I’m progressing—more explosiveness, mobility, technique and strength—while feeling like I’m training smarter, not harder, because sessions are tailored and progress is tracked over time.”
